Heads Up!

Just because the code is released to the OpenCores repository doesn’t mean it is without errors! You need to check everything, every step of the way. I have learned the hard way not to assume anything.

Open a new project in the ISE WebPACK, and then go to Project→Add Source.

Navigate to the i2c/trunk/rtl/verilog directory of your I2C core, as seen in Figure 4-6, and select all the files (in Windows you can do this by holding down the Ctrl key as you click the files), then click Open.
